Validation
Permanent validation is an essential task of the THESEUS-FE product development team. The major benefit results form rising quality and robustness of our numeric solver with each new software release of THESEUS-FE
Validations towards
- analytic solutions,
- results from literature,
- measured temperatures and
- other simulation software tools (like INKA)
help us not only to eliminate bugs but also to generate useful tutorials for our customers and to guarantee stable features in future. Especially literature research often leads to helpful suggestions for further developments and new features of our solver.
Most of the validation models with their certain boundary conditions and results are clearly arranged in our comprehensive Validation Manual [pdf, 2.9 MB]. Additionally we supply our customers with all the validation models and results of THESEUS-FE (ths, tfe, hdf files).
