Automotive and Transportation Industry

THESEUS-FE is used in the automotive and transportation industry for analysing thermal management problems like complete exhaust systems, brake disk cooling, heat shield design, battery layout and of course also for air-conditioning tasks like de-icing, defogging, thermal stresses of interior components and thermal comfort studies.

Aerospace Industry

The major field of application in the aerospace sector is again the air-conditioning calculation for passengers and cabin’s crew as well as the optimization of their thermal comfort. In addition for security reasons the de-icing and defogging of the cockpit windows is of high importance.
